Partner terms (summary)

Draft, 2026-10-05. Plain-English summary of how the Free and Pro plans work. Have it reviewed before relying on it.

Free plan

• Trip Watch is free to use. In exchange, booking and offer links in alert emails and on trip pages use Trip Watch's affiliate partners, and Trip Watch keeps those commissions.
• Your signup page and emails show your name and brand, with a small "Powered by Trip Watch" mark.

Your subscribers

• People who sign up through your page are your subscribers. You can view and export them at any time.
• Trip Watch uses them only to run their Trip Watch (alerts, price-drop notices, trip reminders) and never markets anything else to them or shares them with other partners.
• Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe. You agree to only promote your page honestly and not to add people who didn't sign up themselves.

Pro plan

• Pro partners use their own affiliate IDs and keep their commissions, and the "Powered by" mark is removed. Pricing is agreed when you upgrade.

Fares

• Fares are the cheapest recently seen and can change before booking. Trip Watch does not sell tickets.

Changes and ending

• Either side can stop at any time. We'll give notice before changing these terms.
